For the relief of the symptoms of jet lag, including weakness, fatigue, nausea and exhaustion caused by lengthy flights or disruptions of normal sleep patterns.
Chew two tablets thoroughly at take-off, allowing each to dissolve in the mouth, then swallow. Then take two every two hours, and one after landing. However, intervals of up to fours hours between tablets are acceptable if sleeping.
Adults: Allow 3 pellets to dissolve under the tongue three times a day two days before departure; and every hour during the trip, or as directed by a health professional. Children: 1/2 the dose. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
