Uses
Dilute product as follows:
The mix ratio is the same for both pre-milking and post-milking: 1 part ProDip™ TD and 12 parts potable water. First add ProDip™ TD to container, then add the appropriate amount of cool potable water. Do not use hot water.
The dilution container should be thoroughly rinsed and free of contamination prior to adding ProDip™ TD and water.
Label container properly as containing ready-to-use ProDip™ TD - Teat Dip.
WITH DILUTED SOLUTION (Do not use Concentrate on the animal):
General Instructions
Advanced BioCatalytics’ ProDip™ TD provides excellent cleaning/disinfecting performance and skin conditioning that helps to reduce the occurrence of mastitis.
Only apply ProDip™ TD when in the diluted form per dilution instructions above.
Use fresh teat dip solution for each milking. If the teat dip solution gets dirty during milking, the solution should be replaced.
Used solution should be discarded.
Instructions for Dipping
Pre-Milking
The teat dip cup should be cleaned thoroughly before each milking.
Fill teat dip cup with appropriately diluted ProDip™ TD solution and dip the entire length of the animal teat for complete immersion for at least 30 seconds. Remove teat, wipe off thoroughly using single-use towels and dispose of towel.
Post-Milking
Immediately after milking, dip the entire length of the animal teat for complete immersion for at least 30 seconds. Remove teat from cup and allow to air dry. Do NOT wipe dry. Protect animal from freezing weather until after the solution has completely dried.
Instructions for Spraying
Pre-Milking
The teat dip cup should be cleaned thoroughly before each milking.
Spray the entire teat with appropriately diluted ProDip™ TD solution and wipe off thoroughly using single-use towels and dispose of towel.
Post-Milking
Immediately after milking, spray the entire teat. Allow to air dry. Do NOT wipe dry. Protect animal from freezing weather until after the solution has completely dried.
